His kindness never went away and I never felt like I was a burden to him. He offered more advice and told some great stories. He also removed my license plate for me and helped with releasing my car the insurance to take, right there. When my car got declared totaled, I went to get my license plate off of it, and instead of just saying “eh, it’s over there, go get it”, Mark was called and met me in the office and escorted me to my car. He even talked us through the process of what was going to happen with insurance, etc and gave us some really nice advice in that moment and later over the phone. He gave us plenty of time to clean out the car before he loaded it up. Mark showed up and was extremely kind to my family. While waiting for my car to get towed away, I was fully expecting the tow truck driver to be grumpy and bitter and just “over” the fact that they had to tow a car again.
